Recipe: taco soup - a crockpot recipe // Pair: Oco Loco Mexican lager

  • a pack of chicken tenderloins

  • an onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 14.5 oz can each of kidney beans, black beans, and corn (all drained)

  • 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilis (not drained)

  • 14.5 oz can of chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

  • 1/2 tsp oregano and black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • a pinch of cayenne pepper

Add everything to a crockpot and cook on high for four hours. Remove the chicken to shred. Stir back into the soup.
